In the design of the building, we targeted to make a structure that is "iconic connected to the function of its form" by constituting a bench mark in this center. We gave shape to a design with visuality and in the form that becomes integrated with its function that makes a call to its performance and cultural function.

As a concept of use, we aimed to make it even more activating by increasing the use of the cultural center by composing and combining with each other the cultural center functions and the social use spaces.
